Cancellation Policy – Dealstack

At Dealstack, we aim to process every order promptly to ensure quick delivery of CCTV and security products to your doorstep. However, we understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order.

This policy outlines how cancellations work for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please email support@dealstack.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • If your order has not been shipped, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment mode.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to refuse delivery:

  • The shipment will be returned to us via Shiprocket.
  • After we receive the package, we’ll deduct return shipping and handling costs before processing your refund.

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid transactions (Razorpay, Net Banking, UPI):

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
  • The refund will reflect in your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer after verifying customer details.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Customized or bulk orders
  • Products already installed or configured
  • Items dispatched under “special clearance” or “limited-time offers”

5. Modification Requests

Once an order is placed, product modification (model or quantity change) is not permitted. Please cancel the existing order and place a new one.
