Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Dealstack, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.


1. Overview

Dealstack ensures that every product you order is brand new, genuine, and quality-checked before dispatch.
However, due to the nature of electronics and CCTV systems, occasional issues such as damage during transit, wrong delivery, or manufacturing defects may occur.

Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to protect both our customers and suppliers while maintaining fair and efficient service.


2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly on arrival.
  • You have received a wrong product or model different from what was ordered.
  • You have received an incomplete order (missing items, accessories, or cables).

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • The product must not show any physical damage, scratches, or tampering signs.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or handling.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
  • Items where the original packaging or seal is broken.
  • Consumable items such as cables, connectors, adapters, and accessories (unless defective).
  • Products purchased during clearance, bulk, or special sale offers (unless defective).

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Send an email to support@dealstack.in with your order ID, product details, and a brief reason for return.
  2. Provide Proof:
    Attach clear images or a short video showing:
    • Product issue or damage
    • Package condition (with courier label visible)
    • Product serial number or barcode
  3. Verification:
    Our support team will verify your claim and respond within 48 working hours with further instructions.
  4. Approval:
    If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) along with the pickup or courier instructions.
  5. Pickup or Drop-off:
    • In major cities, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 2–4 working days.
    • In remote areas, you may need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier.
  6. Inspection & Resolution:
    Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect and test it.
    • If found defective or incorrect, a replacement or refund will be processed.
    • If the issue is not verified or the product is tampered, it will be sent back to you.

4. Refund Timeline and Mode

Refunds are issued only after successful inspection of the returned product.

Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.


5. Replacement Policy

If your product qualifies for replacement:

  • A new product (same model) will be shipped to you after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • In case the item is out of stock or discontinued, you may choose:
    1. An alternate product of equal value, or
    2. A full refund to your original payment method.

Replacements are shipped free of charge under eligible conditions.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered during delivery:

  • Do not accept the package from the courier.
  • Immediately contact our support team with photos/videos of the outer packaging.

If you have already accepted the parcel and find damage inside:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
  • Late complaints (beyond 72 hours) may not qualify for replacement or refund due to courier claim limitations.

7. Warranty Claims

Most CCTV products sold on Dealstack.in come with a manufacturer warranty (6 months to 2 years, depending on brand).
For warranty assistance:

  • Contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center directly, or
  • Contact Dealstack support for coordination.

Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects only and excludes:

  • Burnt components, power surge damage, or lightning.
  • Physical or water damage.
  • Improper installation or unauthorized repairs.

8. Product Installation & Configuration

Dealstack provides hardware only. Installation, configuration, or setup services are optional and may incur additional charges.
If a product fails due to incorrect installation by a third-party technician, it is not covered under return or warranty.

We recommend professional installation through certified CCTV technicians.


9. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at support@dealstack.in.
A full refund will be issued within 3–5 working days after confirmation.

After Dispatch:

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
You may request a return after receiving the order (subject to this policy’s eligibility criteria).


10. Self-Shipping Guidelines

If you are required to send a product back to us manually:

  • Use a reliable courier service with tracking.
  • Pack the product securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • Include the invoice and Return Authorization (RA) slip.
  • Share the tracking number via email once dispatched.

Dealstack will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit if shipped without proper packaging or tracking.


11. Non-Returnable Categories

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These include:

  • Network cables, connectors, power adapters, and accessories once opened.
  • Clearance sale or discounted products.
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.
  • Customized orders or special installation kits.

Please check the product listing carefully before purchasing.


12. Refund Deductions (If Applicable)

In some cases, partial deductions may apply:

  • Courier return charges (if customer-initiated return).
  • Restocking fee (up to 10%) for opened or used products.
  • Installation or service charges, if already availed.

These deductions are only applied where applicable and are transparently communicated before refund processing.


13. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for another model or brand:

  • The original product must be unused and unopened.
  • The price difference (if any) must be paid in advance.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Approval for exchange is at Dealstack’s discretion based on stock availability and condition of the returned item.


14. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • If the return is due to Defective / Wrong / Damaged Product, Dealstack bears the full cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to Customer Preference or Change of Mind, the customer must bear the return courier cost.

Our team will confirm this before processing your request.


15. Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after product verification by our inspection team.
  • Any product returned without authorization or proper packaging may be rejected.
  • Serial number and IMEI (if applicable) must match the originally shipped product.
  • Please ensure all accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards are included.

16. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
