This Shipping Policy explains how we handle dispatch, delivery, tracking, shipping charges, risks, and returns — including how our logistics partner, Shiprocket, facilitates our process.
1. Our Shipping Partner
We have partnered with Shiprocket, one of India’s leading logistics platforms. Shiprocket allows us to deliver to thousands of pin codes with tracking and courier optimization.
2. Shipping Areas & Delivery Timelines
We ship to most locations in India. Dispatch takes 2-5 working days; delivery 3-10 working days. Tracking details are shared via email/SMS.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Offers
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply on certain offers or order values.
4. Risk of Loss & Ownership
Risk transfers upon dispatch from our warehouse. Ownership transfers on successful delivery.
5. Delay, Mis delivery or RTO
In case of delay, incorrect address, or undelivered parcels, we coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve or re-dispatch.
6. Requirements for Delivery
Ensure complete address, valid contact details, and availability at delivery time.
7. Packaging and Inspection
Inspect parcel upon receipt; refuse delivery if damaged or tampered and contact support immediately.
8. COD Orders
COD is available for most areas. Payment must be made in full to courier upon delivery.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we serve only within India.
10. Returns during Transit
Contact support if your shipment is delayed beyond expected timeframe.
11. Liability Limitations
Dealstack is not liable for courier delays or losses post-dispatch; coverage as per return policy.
